2 1/2    cups of uncooked rice
5         cups of water
1         pounds low fat hamburger
5         tbs finely chopped parsley

Bring rice to a boil. Add the hamburger and parsley. Bring back to boil. Stir well. Reduce heat to low and simmer until all water is absorbed by the rice or cooked away. Let cool thoroughly before serving this dog treat to your dog.
