3 eggs
1/2 cup ground hamburger or bacon

Mix the eggs and hamburger together in a pan. The hamburger should make enough oil to keep all of it from sticking. Scramble rapidly keeping the mixture in quick motion. Add any flavorings like parsley or even broth at this point. Keep stirring very quickly until the eggs and hamburger are cooked. You can even start the hamburger slightly ahead of the eggs.
