2       cans sardines packed in oil
1       cup cooked rice
2       chicken livers, cooked in water and drained
1/4    cup parsley chopped

Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until it is blended. Don't over blend. A little bit of texture and small pieces is okay. Adjust the rice or add oil if the mixture is too wet or dry. The oil in sardine cans is not always consistent. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
