Southern Style Doggy Corn Bread

Southern Style Doggy Corn Bread is a filling bread with the great taste of bacon. This dog treat is a good addition to a regular dog food meal. 1       cup cornmeal
1       cup all-purpose flour
4       tsps baking powder
1       cup whole milk
1       egg beaten
3/4    cup bacon grease

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all the dry ingredients. Add the liquids and beat until smooth. Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Watch carefully that you don't burn the bottom. Add bacon bits for even more great flavor for your dog. A good dog food recipe that can spice up your dog's meals.
