The Funeral Procession

A woman drinking her morning coffee noticed a strange funeral procession going down her street. She stepped outside only to see two hearses followed by a woman in black walking a dog. Two hundred women walked in single file behind her too.

The woman set down her coffee and approached the woman in black. "Excuse me, I am so sorry to disturb you. What a terrible loss for you. I have never seen a funeral like this. Whose funeral is it?"

The woman in black explained as they walked. "Well, the first hearse is my husband. He was mean to my dog. The dog attacked and killed him."

"Who's in the second hearse?", the woman asked.

"In the second hearse is my mother-in-law. She was just as mean as my husband. She was trying to help my husband at the time. The dog turned on her and killed her too."

The woman thought for a second. "Can I borrow your dog?"

The woman in black pointed her thumb over her shoulder. "Get in line."
