The Hunting Dogs and the Rabbits

Two hunting dogs caught the scent of two rabbits and chased them for miles. Finally the two rabbits ran into a thicket and hid from the dogs. The dogs circled the thicket, trying to find a way to get to the rabbits.

Catching their breath the two rabbits plotted their fate as the dogs circled the thicket looking for them. The first rabbit said to the second rabbit. "They way I see it we have a choice. Either we can run for it or we can stay here a few days until we outnumber them."
