My dog tugs at the leash. What methods do you use to reduce this? I am not a big fan of choker collars at all. Does anyone have a favorite way of curbing aggressive leash tuggers?

It's not always simple with dogs but being firm helps a lot. Basic obedience training may sound boring but it has been a biggie with me. Going out more often too on walks seems to calm dogs down too.

Some of the new dog leashes have elastic for reducing jerking when on dog walks.

The elastic leashes take a lot of the jerking out of dog walking
