How to sell a bird cage

I have a big bird cage made of wire. It looks like it might be made to come apart. Is it possible to break it down and ship it? Do the pet stores put them together when they arrive? I would imagine it can be broken down to sell on the internet, but don't want to ruin it.

I am almost certain that wire bird cages will break down for shipping flat in a box. You might need to get out the pliers.

I smell garage sale. Go to your local pet store. Sometimes they have a bulletin board for selling items. The local pet stores rather than the big franchise pet stores allow that kind of thing more. You might find a posting board where pets and pet products are sold there.

Try ebay. Most cages come apart.
