Two cages better than one

I always had a smaller cage for cleaning time of the big cage. My little love bird thought it was fun to get moved into the little cage, like a change of scenery. Sometimes he was hard to move back after the cleaning was done. The two cages idea works great rather than having the bird flying around the house during bird cage cleaning.

That's a good idea. I gather the second cage was a little small one. Sounds like a good tip.

A small temporary holding cage does the trick for sure. It can be a big job cleaning a big cage. It takes time if you wait too long between cleanings.

Have you ever taken your birdcage to the coin car wash? I've heard the pressure washer does a great job on a big birdcage.

Pressure washers or the garden hose cleans up a cage.

I like to use the car wash if it is a big bird cage.

A pressure wash works great if the cage is real dirty.
