Aggressive Barking Dog

My next door neighbors dog is one of those dogs that barks aggressively. It's hard to tell if it will bite, but the owner doesn't seem to notice how rude it behaves. It charges at you and barks in your face. How do you tell the owner that it is bad manners? It surprises me that people don't notice the rudeness of it all.

I finally said something and the neighbor has calmed the dog down a lot. It pays to speak up sometimes.

Some owners grow deaf to their kids and dogs. Maybe add car stereos to the list too.

Sometimes it seems they are happy if their dog is aggressive towards strangers. It is insensitive for sure.
