Cat Night Prowling Wakes Me Up

Our cat has taken to wandering the house at night. Usually it's no big problem, except its starting to wake me up. As she jumps from furniture to furniture or knocks over boxes it can be very distracting from my sleep. How do I get her to stop?

Cats are always active at night. I try to keep the rattling toys away at night. It sounds like your house needs kitty-proofing. haha

Cats are nocturnal. Many times the cat starts playing with the noisiest toy at 3 am in the morning.
