The over the counter flea medicine doesn't do much. What is the best kind from the vet?

We like Frontline but haven't tried the other brands available at the vet.

We like Frontline. You have to be real careful about pets not getting it in their mouth. It is very strong medicine.

Tough call but we have stuck with Frontline for awhile.
