How do you stop the dog from barking? I don't want to buy an electric collar. Lately I tap on the window and she quiets down for a little while.

Are there any good methods for stopping barking easily?

The fat content of cat food can be hard on a dog's internal organs. Don't give too much cat food. Dogs like high fat foods though which is why they get spoiled and want cat food.

Most dogs can be trained to be mean. Pit Bulls do have strong jaws. Don't get close to one unless you know the dog.

I have been reading up. Check out some articles about processed pet food. It will open your eyes about how bad a lot of pet food is.

We have tried gourmet type dog foods. A little more expensive. Our dog is doing well with it. Does anyone have any brands they like?
